Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in CTV Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Enrollment & Payment

• Candidates must complete the registration process and pay the prescribed training fees in advance to confirm enrollment.
• The Company will provide a one-month trial training session. If the candidate wishes to discontinue, they must do so within the trial month.
• After completion of the trial period, the full training fee becomes non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Fees must be paid in full before the commencement of the main training program. Partial payments will not be considered as valid enrollment.

2. Mode of Training

• Training will be conducted through both online and offline modes, depending on program design and scheduling.
• Candidates are expected to have the required system, internet connectivity, and infrastructure for online sessions. The Company will not be responsible for connectivity or technical issues on the candidate’s side.

3. Placement Policy

• The program may include merit-based placement assistance.
• The Company does not guarantee 100% placement. Employment opportunities will depend on the candidate’s skills, performance, and external market conditions.
• Placement support will only be extended to candidates who successfully complete the program and meet minimum performance criteria.

4. Confidentiality & Restrictions

• Candidates must not, under any circumstances, share, reproduce, distribute, or disclose any part of the Company’s internal material, proprietary information, or insider project details.
• All training content, study materials, presentations, and assignments remain the intellectual property of the Company. Unauthorized use will invite legal action.

5. Code of Conduct

• Candidates are expected to maintain professional behavior during training sessions. Any misconduct, harassment, or violation of rules may result in removal from the program without refund.
• Attendance, timely completion of assignments, and active participation are mandatory for certification and placement support.

6. Certification

• Candidates who successfully complete the program as per evaluation criteria will be awarded a certificate of completion.
• Certification does not automatically entitle a candidate to placement or employment.

7. Limitation of Liability

• The Company will make best efforts to provide high-quality training and placement support but will not be liable for factors outside its control such as market demand, candidate’s personal performance, or external hiring processes.

8. Governing Law

• These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore.
